Where These iQOO OriginOS 7 Release Dates Come From
This matters, because a lot of update dates on the internet are guesses. These are not. iQOO India announced the rollout timeline for OriginOS 7 on October 10, 2026. Several news sites then reported the same list, and the dates match across all of them.
Still, there is a catch worth knowing. The dates are iQOO’s planned rollout schedule, and actual availability may vary. Treat each date as a target, not a guarantee.
The Flagships Go First
The iQOO 15 leads the queue, and that is no accident. The rollout happens in stages, with newer flagship phones getting priority. It is the most recent number-series phone, and it has also been part of the early testing.
The iQOO 15R and the iQOO 13 come next in mid-November. If you own an iQOO 12, you wait until mid-December, which is a long gap compared to the iQOO 13. That is the nature of staged rollouts: even one generation apart can mean about a month of difference.
When Do the Neo Phones Get It?
The Neo group is split. The iQOO Neo 10 and Neo 10R land in mid-December, alongside the iQOO 12. The iQOO Neo9 Pro, the older of the group, waits until the end of January 2027.

That is a long wait, but there is a silver lining. By the time your phone gets OriginOS 7, early users will already have found and reported the bugs.
Careful: China’s Dates Are Not India’s Dates
You may run into different dates on other websites. They are probably about China. Vivo’s China rollout started on October 9, 2026, and runs in multiple phases until the end of January 2027.
That schedule also lists different phones, such as the iQOO 15 Ultra, iQOO 15T and iQOO Neo11, none of which appear on the India schedule. If you bought your phone in India, ignore the China list completely and follow the India dates above.
Bought Your iQOO Through a Carrier?
Then this schedule may not cover you. Carrier-exclusive models are excluded, and their update timelines will be decided by the respective carriers. Your carrier, not iQOO, sets the date in that case, so ask them directly.

If you have an iQOO 15, you could try it. But with the stable version about three weeks away, the preview is hard to justify unless you really enjoy testing. For every other iQOO phone, there is no early route on this schedule.
